So because I had a little extra money, and they had told me that it had to be 265 or more I went ahead and tried to send them $300 because they never said how much more or if there was a limit to the more but guess what this time all I sent was $300 before fees and they told me that it had to be between 265 and 275 so I had given them too much and they wanted another $265. So under no circumstances should anyone ever ever expect to get paid by the states. Sad but true that's my update.
