As for your rejected user review, it was rejected because it wasn't a review. You wrote the same thing you did here on the forum and I don't think that's relevant information about the casino. User reviews are for players to describe the casino itself, its pros and cons and you wrote that you don't understand the casino and that's all. 

So that's why I rejected it. And maybe you could say a little more about what you don't understand, because I'm quite lost.

Well, it occurs to me that if English is a problem, it would be a good idea to find a casino where you have a casino page in Spanish as well. Alternatively, where the live chat could speak the language you prefer.
