I have the exact same problem. See my complaint in the complaints section.
Let's see if the casino answers. I don't have any hope, though.
In that case, I hope the casino will get flagged as "Scam Casino" in casino.guru listing

I saw we expecting answer from the casino so I hope everything will be alright.
Wish everything turn out well for you and all others who are waiting for the money.
I was able to reach their chat support. They changed the fine print in their website footer from the Anjouan license info to "This is a test environment for the app Ice.game". They are, as well, lying that this has been the case for months. This is not true. I told them to refund my deposit and they are telling me that it is my fault for depositing, and they'll "see what they can do". I am not an idiot, and I checked the fine print thoroughly. They deliberately added the test environment crap after people asked for refunds here. Attached you find a screenshot of their gaslighting attempts.
It's safe to assume they lied about their license as well, as that is suddenly gone. Please, investigate this more thoroughly and mark it as a scam.
I used internet archives to chronicle what their website said on the day I deposited. The 23rd of May.
And no, there was no mention that the website was a test environment. Instead, they had licensing information.
You find this attached. These are scammers. They refuse to answer my messages anymore.
I have yet to receive information from the Anjouan authorities regarding the validity of Ice.game's license.

I immediately gave it to our team to check, because I don't think so. I haven't seen such a note anywhere I would say and I don't agree that they have nothing to do with player deposits. Once they list themselves as a casino, it certainly shouldn't be that way.
I was also looking at the information about the license and I saw on the official website that they should have it by 13.6. which is basically another week and a half, maybe that's why they took it away from here, but I don't know.
It's going to be urgent and we'll see what we find out and then we'll do some warning and stuff like that.
Thanks. They did inquire me about my transaction details, including the hash and so on. However, their 'investigation' seems to go nowhere.
That's probably normal I would say for a refund, I'm more curious if they will do something and really refund your money and what our team will find out.
So we'll wait for a while.
Sure, but we are not talking about a legitimate business here, as both of us already now.
They are telling me there are no news and intend to prolong this. I wonder what new lies they come up with.
Yes, I find the whole thing equally sad and, more importantly, I'm encountering it for the first time, if I'm honest. That's why I said we'll let our team investigate it, since I'm doing the forum. I hope we will soon find out how it is or the players will at least have some warning what could be happening in the future.
