So they should actually accept bank statements.

As Nigeljc said they usually ask for more documents like proof of address, ID and stuff like that.

I think it would be best to advise the casino about this particular document. Not about replacement. Do you know which time period this statement should cover for instance? I believe there must be something wrong with the document itself. No other document can confirm funds used for deposits.

Usually, it must be in .pdf format, showing the requested time period + providing your full address and name.

Try to ask the casino more specifically and let me know, please.

Must say I understand your point, I personally think the source of income should only be asked in case the player is suspected of fraud. However, the problem is the casino won't say it in the first place. Instead, additional verification is usually held. Hard to distinguish whether such a demand is fully justified. 🙁

Funny enough 😂 considering what I said I'd thought I'd see if I could pass their KYC verification requirements and have except one but I can't do that until I make a deposit and then they want proof it came out of my account. You give Betti a bad reputation rating but they dealt with my verification quickly and kept me informed as to what I needed. So I'm going to give them ago when I get some cash that Im owed I will let you know how I get on with the withdrawal process should I get a win.
