Hey guys, I’ve recently got a casino website recommended and I checked it out. Everything was fine, the games were licensed games like from Pragmatic Play, NeTent etc. so I registered on the site and verified my account and everything so that i could deposit and play. I played and I won big, like for my living situation it’s an good amount of money, I wanted to withdraw a little bit from the cash but then the support wrote me that my withdrawal limits are too low and I have to buy the premium Status for 300$ so that my withdrawal limits would go higher and I can withdraw without problems. But I never heard such thing so I searched the casino site trough the internet, looking if it’s a fake or a scam but the licenses and everything seem’s fine, I couldn’t find anything with a red flag you know. So I know this website here and I know here is everything legit and the community keeps watch to they fellow Gamblers so I wrote this text and I hope that this site is legit or at least I can get my money out. Could someone help me please? I didn’t mention the name of the casino site because I don’t want them to ban me and loose all my funds or something like that,

Hello, without further delay I would cut straight to the point, what is the casino's website or URL, please? 🙂 In any case, I find it at least weird that as a new player, you almost instantly won a good amount, and at the same time, you must deposit to increase something... red flag two times.

I suggest you read the patters described in this warnign thread, called " Beware, scam casinos on the rise! Be on the lookout for similar logos - details in this thread"

The scheme goes:

1) promoted or recommended through Telegram or social media

2) very cool no-deposit bonus with no withdrawal limit...

3) easy games, easy wins

4) "all is well; we just need you to pay withdrawal fee/increase your VIP status and then the money are yours"

....the last one usualy repeat for as long as the player is willing to pay....

No decent casino requires 300 bucks to pay out the legitimate winnings, as far as I can say.

Yes it was exactly like you viewed it in the 4 points. The website url is Lumoslot.com, i checked their license and everything and it seems legit. When I write with the customer service they always have a answer even when I wrote just take the 300 bucks from my winnings because you are admins, they write no it’s automatic ect and I deposited 100$ first for the verification of my wallet or something and now they want 300$ to increase me to premium status so that I can withdraw without problems. Can I do something against it? With like the officials or the government or something like that? Because I’m curious how they can keep the site with licensed games from firms like Pragmatic play or NeTent, you know what I mean? Yesterday I read trough the scam posts and I know that they might want me to deposit more after I paid the 300$ and that is straight up a scam and a hard move because they are playing with the emotions of countless people. I will send some screenshots in a minute.

best regards
