But they want another card that I use to get paid. The excuse is that Arcash(Mastercard) rejects their transfer. I inquired with the bank and they replied that this is not true... I wonder why they do this... They accept money from the Aircash Mastercard and they have already transferred my winnings to it in previous months... Then again that it is not possible ... Then again they refer to Aircash Mastercard... But for the last few weeks again no... Emphasis!! Aircash replied that they accept winnings from Casinos and that they have no problem with that... I wonder why they do this?

Anyway, perhaps you also need to ask the Mastercard provider, not just the bank itself. The issue might lie one step ahead of the bank. I heard about similar issues in the past - in different casinos, though.

This Aircashy is an e-wallet, so it runs on its own terms and conditions. If the casino suggests using another card (probably not kind of one-use only or prepaid) - I would certainly try that.
