Hi, I wouldn't be surprised if it really was like that. Every game provider was the same way? Have you contacted support with why this is happening? 

All game providers, the same thing, also tried to verify in the beginning but they rejected documents that I have never had a problem verifying at other casinos.

So, I would assume you don't play there anymore. Right?
