I won around $25,000 NZ on Mirax casino. I was betting big so this was only around a 450X. When it came time to withdraw, they said they had asked the slot provider to confirm the win (i.e., no software issues). I was fully verified (KYC) prior to this win. It's now been 5 days and my withdrawal is still in pending. How long should this process take?

Hi, I don't know exactly how long this process could take if I'm honest. Have you tried asking the casino about the duration of this pending withdrawal situation ? Did you play with or without the bonus if I may ask ?

Anyway, if you don't get any new information from the casino and your situation lasts more than 14 days, I would definitely suggest you to file a complaint.

Could you update us on how your case is going ?

Hi Jaro

Thanks for your response. I received a first withdrawal of $6000.00 five days after requesting it. My other withdrawals were actioned about 4 hours later (up to the max for that week). The response was about "allowing" me to withdraw the others - even though that is their limits - which worries me. But - they did pay. I'm nervous for the next week - wondering if there will be delays but so far, despite the time being very much outside what they advertise, they have paid. So that's a plus for them. I'll let you know if I have any problems with the next week's installment.

I understand your situation. If they have kept their word so far, I think you do not need to worry yet and you need to think positively for the time being.

I would add to this situation that if the win is verified by the game provider then the casino doesn't know when it will be and therefore the player has no chance to even give a guess. Some casinos have a time estimate written in the Terms and Conditions for such investigations, which of course is not always met.

That was to complement your previous post and thus I hope everything turns out well in the end.

For now, we will wait for further developments and your new informations.

Have you reached out to their customer support?

Yeah did Gullywin thanks. They've paid out two lots (as they have a weekly limit). They are now delaying the third payment (out of four), asking for more verification even though I am verified. Honestly, this all feels like delaying tactics. I'm not really recommending them due to this.

I think that in this case it could be positive that 2 have already been paid and therefore I think that there could be a probability that the other two will be paid as well.

As far as additional verification is concerned, the casino can ask for some additional verification if needed. In this case, I would definitely try to cooperate to make the process as fast as possible and thus get to the payout sooner.

However, I think that based on what you write, this casino will be a no-go zone for you. If you get to your other two withdrawals, don't hesitate to update us please.
