Horwex.com has anyone heard of this casino asking for 100 dollars for verification and then wanted to withdraw what I won there

I don't mean to scare you, but it sounds more like a scam fee. Would you say acquiring those winnings was effortless?

That's another part of the "game." I guess the logo is similar to some other scammy sites,...

I'm not familiar with the casino, but my colleagues will review it eventually.

Won over $130,000... I think it's a scam. I just played again, and there were some extremely unnatural actions in the game. I've been fooled by something like this before, and it did just the same strange things in these games (just not quite as bad). But I'll wait for other posts about this first.

I would see it as a scam casino, it has a very similar layout to the scam network so be sure to keep an eye out. I looked at the license this casino does not have a GCB license and is not listed.

Usually when players win such a staggering amount of money, there is something wrong with it. I personally think it's a scam and you should be careful too.
