Dear team,

I spotted you got in touch with your primary Casino Guru contact or Data Team specialist. I'll send them a reminder note on your behalf, since this is a serious matter for our member, it seems....

Best of luck!

Dear andandjonnyx,

Your claim — "the wagering requirement is 25x the bonus only" — is disproven by your own screenshot. Nowhere does it state that the deposit is excluded, and as per Section 3.1 of our Terms:

"The calculation is based on the total amount of the bonus funds and the corresponding real money contribution. If a bonus does not include a real money contribution, the calculation will be based solely on the bonus funds."

This is crystal clear and applies to all deposit bonuses — including the one you used. You've accused us of lying, but at no point have we made any false claims. Misinterpreting our terms — or relying on third-party summaries — does not make us responsible for misinformation.

We’ve addressed every concern and shown that the wording is consistent across all bonuses. To prove the point even further: the Weekly Reload terms use the exact same wording as the First Deposit Bonus (see screenshots). Yet Casino Guru listed the T's and C's of the Weekly Reload correctly and those of the Welcome Package incorrectly— which only highlights that the wording on the welcome package bonuses was a simple mistake on their part, not a misinterpretation of unclear rules.

At this point, it’s clear the error lies with Casino Guru’s listing, not our terms. So we’re unsure why all criticism is still directed at us.

To Casino Guru — we kindly ask you to step in and clarify, as we’ve made every effort to show our terms are consistent and transparent.

Best regards,

'Bonus includes actual funds'

This usually means that all deposits are also bonus money.

However, if you deposit $100 at this casino,

you will receive $100 real money plus $100 bonus money.

This generally means that the bonus does not include the real money.

I have maintained from the beginning that the casino's interpretation of the text is not common.

In fact, even the casino guru's representative made the same interpretation as I did.

Dear andandjonnyx,

Please refer to our previous response. The descriptions of the Weekly Reload and the First Deposit Bonus are written with the exact same terms, yet Casino Guru listed the Weekly Reload correctly. We're now going to repeat this a third time — this clearly shows it was a simple error on Casino Gurus part only in the deposit bonus listings, not a misinterpretation.

As shown in the attached screenshots, both bonus blocks use the same wording, but only one was entered accurately by Casino Guru. This inconsistency supports our point — not yours. If they had misunderstood the structure as you claim, the same mistake would appear across all our bonus listings — but that’s not the case.

You are now repeating arguments that have already been fully addressed.

To Casino Guru (Radka) — we respectfully ask you to step in, as the discussion has become repetitive, and the user appears unwilling to acknowledge the facts we’ve clearly presented.

Best regards,

Casino Guru initially determined from the terms and conditions, etc., that the wagering requirement for the bonus was 25 times the bonus, but misstated only the weekly bonus.

It is quite possible that this is the case, and it is more likely that one out of five is wrong than that four out of five are wrong.

I no longer use this casino, but it is clear that this casino has confused users and even casino gurus by using a notation method that is not common in the industry.

Unless the casino admits its faults, no one will trust this casino.

bye.

Dear andandjonnyx,

To be clear: no one has misread or been confused by our terms — they are publicly available, clearly written, and consistently applied across all bonuses. The only confusion stems from Casino Guru’s own inconsistency in how they listed them.

You’ve claimed the format of our terms is "uncommon" and confusing, yet Casino Guru correctly understood and listed the wagering terms for the Weekly Reload Bonus, which uses the exact same wording as the deposit bonuses. If our terms were truly unclear, they would have misinterpreted all of them — not just one. This proves they were not confused, but simply made a mistake on their end.

We’ve explained this in full, backed it with facts, and clarified everything transparently. At this point, we consider the matter closed.

Hello,

I'm in no position to clarify something I am not aware of, I'm afraid. Yesterday I asked the Data Team and they were not aware of any requirement from your side for example.

Thus, I forwarded your request.

If you ever aim to update the review or provide additional information, kindly use the feature:

Or kindly contact the Data Team at data@casino.guru

Another option is to get in touch with your Casino Guru primary contact, which is not to be shared publicly on the forum.

Hello,

We will do this, thanks.

Not sure how they couldn't of been aware of the requirement when its mentioned in your review of our weekly bonus, as we said a couples times above.

Anyways, all that matters is it gets fixed.

Thanks again.
