Good evening, I made a deposit of 30 euros and activated a bonus of 60 euros with a 40x turnover requirement (i.e. 2400€)! I completed the wagering requirement and even though I had 250 euros they took away 190 and left me with 60 euros in my account, telling me the following... There is no such thing anywhere in the terms and conditions and customer support is mocking me!

Have you checked the terms the support suggested and seen any information regarding the max withdrawal from the bonus, please?

I have checked the terms, but I can't find any term anywhere that proves a maximum withdrawal limit! And I have repeatedly asked customer support to send me this section of the terms specifically and they answer me ironically and close the conversation! It is not stated anywhere as a term that the maximum withdrawal is only the amount of the bonus I received (i.e. €60), otherwise I wouldn't have activated it anyway!

Please state in the description that there is no maximum withdrawal stated anywhere in the terms, and we will try our best to resolve this.
