I would like to withdraw the money, but unfortunately I am a recipient of citizen's income support and have to submit my bank statements every 3 months...

How can I withdraw this winnings now without getting into problems with the job center?

It seems I can only withdraw €500 per day (the maximum monthly withdrawal limit is €7,000) according to the casino.

I can make 3 withdrawals simultaneously, but each withdrawal takes at least 7 days...

I'm hoping for help because I really want to get my winnings.

It's part of the AML, if we discuss banking transaction history, for example. The same may arise for proof of income. It serves as a proof that you only deposited and played with your own money.

When it comes to withdrawal limits, the ones you mentioned are standard, not very high, but still applicable. Casino won't very likely increase the standard limits for each player who wins big and wants the money as soon as possible. That's why those limits should always be specified in the terms and conditions, which players agree with upon registering an account.
