A casino where I've withdrawn winnings several times using a different credit card is requesting a KYC from my current Spinmills credit card. They're asking for a screenshot of the virtual card I have, but Trade Republic doesn't list my name in the card details. How am I supposed to inform them of this?
Hello, I see that card verification is required in order to withdraw money. I would say that it is important to tell the casino that it was a virtual card and therefore it is not possible for your name to be on it. In that case, I believe they will find an alternative if they need to verify the payment method.
Be sure to discuss this with them, as they should be able to best explain what needs to be done in such a case.
