Hello . I win in this casino 550£ on 14 april and still dont get my money back . I try contact them on email but dont get any answer. Try also contact them on chat but always get the same answer . I think they only copy and pasty the same words . Looks like this casino is scam . They dont have a problem with take a money from deposits but if you win something there is a big problem take a money back . All casinos pay out beetwen 24-48 hours . They say the pay up to 21 working days when its absolutely joke . Today is 22 working days exactly and still no word from them
I check them and Curacao license is scam . They dont have a license for casino !!! I dont understand how they exist and take people money ? They have sisters sites aswell and probably people have the same problem . They license number not exist nowhere !!!!

This casino site Hello Fortune is not a good casino site. There has been very bad reviews on the Trustpilot and many people like myself have not received our winnings. This casino site should be banned and immediately need to stop down or the gaming commission should do something because they are scamming people money playing on their site but not giving out their winnings. One person hasn’t received the winnings since May 2025! I haven’t received mine since chasing after them 6 half weeks now. The team members I’ve spoken to are Jack, Mia, Jade, Fiona and Chloe. They’re all saying the same thing over and over making promises and lying about it. This need to stop right now. Are you able to do something about this ? This is serious. Hi, when I look at the casino safety index and warnings they have there, I'll tell you the truth, I'm not surprised that it is the way it is. It's not a casino I would play at.
