Hi There , I have been trying to access my winnings from this online casiono for the last few days , and it is proving a nightmare , they are refusing to verify a payment method for feb and march of this year , as i no longer use this card that was associated with those payments , they have verified the payment card that i wish the winnings to be paid into , but because of the issue with the verification of the feb verification they are not releasing any funds . I have supplied bank statements to the casion covering jan -apr and still they are not verifying those payments help !!!!

Hi, if you told the casino that it was your card that you used at the beginning of the year, then I don't understand what the problem could be. Did you ask them why they don't want to accept your document? I think there should be a reasonable solution.

If not, and you can't get anywhere and don't know what to send, then I would recommend filing a complaint.
