Bad casino. They cheated on me with a welcome bonus. for them there is a deposit bonus of 150% to deposit plus 50%,

You got the deposit back, I guess it's a good thing. It's highly probable that they'll introduce the live chat later on, but they're still a new casino that needs some time to develop.

So in the end I can say that the casino is fair and it pays. but help is very slow.
