Hi Daniel, I was playing this site, had successful withdrawals and no issues. Now I took the free games bonus and tried to withdraw so they wrote back and said maximum withdrawal from free games is $100. But now I go to log in and page does not work.?? Was working 12 hours ago?? This is the address I tried: www.gwcasino265.com Do you have another address to log into this site. When I google it it takes me to the log in page of blue leo, and not GW casino. I am playing from Australia. I have sent an email and currently waiting for reply. Are you able to assist me. Thanks, Kirsty

Hi Kirsty, I can see we have another link for the casino: https://www.gwcasino310.com/

Anyway, that link doesn't work for me either. Then I found this site. I looks like a website that should help you to get to the right casino page, but it shows exactly the link that doesn't work for me https://helpgwcasino.com/

Hi Daniel,

the first link worked for me. The second one wants me to enter my email and then does a "geosearch" and takes me to blue leo. So I have since been advised that although the 100 is withdrawable the minimum withdrawal is 200..... so they want me to deposit. always a catch. much thanks for your help. Kirsty

Hi Kirsty.

Seems like withdrawable means something completely different to this casino. 🙂 It's not funny, I know.

Just checked the casino's score, and honestly, rings a warning bell. It's good to hear you have previously withdrawn the winnings. Still, call me skeptical I would be very cautious.

Let me know how it goes, I want to be sure all went let's say well in the end.

Scammer casino! they don't pay if you bet and win large amount ($5000~$10,000), they will keep ask for plenty of documents and drag your time. In the end all my money has been voided!

Hi, can you tell me what the casino told you and why they void money ?

From what I understand you have not yet successfully completed the verification which is important enough for the casino to send the winnings. You won't get the money until you pass it. So what was the problem there ?

Let me know and we'll see if we can help you.

I have emailed me them at least 5 times and they are refusing to remove me from their mailing list.

What's worse, there newsletters don't even have an unsubscribe button which is illegal.

Hello, I'm not sure if this kind of thing is illegal; I haven't looked into it enough to know how it works in other countries.

In any case, I know that if you don't want to receive offers from them and you keep getting them, it's more than annoying.

It occurred to me that if you’re getting emails you don’t want and the casino isn’t responding, maybe you can mark that email address as spam or block it in your inbox. Have you checked to see if that’s an option?
