Hi, I hope you’ll get some answers from other players. I checked and it looks like we don’t have this casino in our database yet, so I’ve sent it to our team to review.
Have you already played at this casino and that’s why you’re asking about this information, or are you considering trying it out?
Hello Lulule, thank you for your enthusiasm. 🙂 Hopefully the casino won't give you any trouble and even though the review may take a couple of weeks since the list is pretty long, our website will once be "one casino bigger" thanks to you!
We will be here to see how things are moving in this GTSpins Casino.
Hi, there is still time to get it sorted by the casino, I mean, without the complaint. On the other hand, I know there has been no further progress. Which still limits actual options to waiting it out patiently. At least that's how it appears to me today. 😐
Dear Lulule, first of all, kindly do not post your question randomly across the whole forum. I would hate to ignore you accidentally. Let's stay here, shall we?
Now, players can lodge a complaint without us reviewing the casino; they just need to select the option indicating that the casino is not on the list and provide the full URL address instead. 🙏 Just as you asked in the other thread. No need to worry about that.
Secondly, the waiting period of 14 full days must be met. I believe it has not ended yet, but please consider how long it has been on your own.
I'll be here if you have any further questions regarding the complaint, of course.
Thanks I’ll wait for two weeks before raising a complaint.
in terms of discussion re casino I don’t see what the issue is asking in different forums. Also this thread weirdly does not seem to come up on search. I just really want to know if anyone had issues with this casino or they do genuinely pay some players as I can’t keep waiting for long
I get it honestly where those questions are coming from; it's natural to seek out the experiences of others—and I get it; it's not easy with an unreviewed casino. 😐
I would love to help you find anyone who has played there; frankly, until official complaints exist in the system along with the casino review, I have nowhere to start.
In my opinion, no one has lodged a complaint against this specific casino just yet and at the same time, its review is under development.
Cool thank you! I think it would just put me at ease hearing other people thoughts about it. And I do have quite a big balance with them I’m genuinely want to get paid. I’ll wait another week before submitting companint, Tuesday next week will be 2 weeks
You are welcome. I thought about it again though, and perhaps it would be beneficial to submit the complaint request sooner. Follow my idea: the Data Team responsible for the casino reviews works closely with colleagues from the Complaint Team. Submitting a complaint against an unreviewed casino may speed up the review itself. Moreover, if the casino aims to pay sooner than those 14 full days pass, you can close the complaint using a single button. And if the casino still has a problem paying, the complaint will come in handy anyway.
The call is yours; whatever you decide to do, is fine, of course. 🙂
They are an unlicenced/scam casino. They promised me refunds of £1,015 via cryptocurrency on 24th July. Told the refund was in final stages of processing on 27th July but still not received and they ignoring all emails sent to them since 27th July. Live Chat is a useless chat bot.
Casinoguru this casino needs to be reviewed and flagged by you asap.
Below is the message I received from support on 27th July. I immediately clarified all wallet details and have been ghosted ever since. I will keep this updated if I ever hear from them and receive the promised refunds.

Thanks for the information. The casino is still being reviewed, so we'll need to wait for that.
What does come to mind regarding your situation, though, is opening a complaint if you're saying that the casino promised you a refund and you have evidence of that. Those would definitely be useful for our team when looking into the situation.
