I have to speak up about how ill this casino is behaving. They are throwing me around and treating me like dirt. I informed their mother group Karamba about my gambling problem on 15th Apr, 2021. After this I have been able to deposit 8900 euros on Griffon. First they refused a refund for bogus reasons, and now they are stalling with the re-evaluation, lying about sending chat logs and being overtly rude, kicking me from chat for asking updates. Their behaviour is extremely appalling and I am lost at what to do. I have sought legal counsel and filed a complaint with you but I feel really sad and angry at how they are treating me.

I'm sorry that you have been through this. But I fear that when it comes to excluding yourself from the casinos, there is nothing like a mother company r sister sites. To make it effective, you have to self-exclude from every single casino directly.

Nothing new. THEPOGG processed my complaint for 1 year and 4 months and the only thing I have received an update on is that thepogg has to turn to the legal department because my complaint is very challenging. During the course of my complaint, a lot of issues regarding the operator have been resolved, for which I have had to file a criminal complaint, but the criminal complaint does not proceed because the operator does not agree to tell me the information I need in order to start the investigation. I asked for this personal information, I asked the operator to investigate from which address the accounts were registered, ip information, etc. They refused to cooperate citing the gdpr law. But strangely, this information had been shared by thepogg. My "personal information" has been misused and this is identity theft and they are not cooperating.
