My account is still open, since January 15, 2026, despite countless requests. They're now blocking my outgoing emails, and support has claimed twice that my account is closed, which is definitely not the case. I haven't even received any kind of response from the casino. Please tell me, what kind of casino is this where I've had to wait 40 days for a self-exclusion due to gambling addiction? This can't be normal. They have so many complaints about failed self-exclusion attempts and they're not doing anything about it, yet they still have such good ratings. I just don't understand it.
