Yes of course but I had to get my information and no energy from pneumonia but they are absolutely awful I have the whole email feed as well trying to get the $350 they owe me and they won’t give me a dime and I told them I have 100 screenshots explaining what they are doing fraudulently and they don’t care I’ve lost at least 40 straight times you will have it soon as I have others as well it will help others players because with everything I found out you would have to be nuttier then a peanut I keep playing to find how they are cheating and it was costly but I have plenty of information and have them in a lie in text as well 100%

I have so much documentation on them I made 75 to 100 deposits and they are wonderful at making your bet or changing it to over $10 or $25 so if you win they will say it’s all void and if you have $500 or more they will make sure that your bet goes over $100 and you’ll be broke in a few spins and the games always start at more then $4 per spin and revert back or change screens and they are notorious at kicking you out or off your platform and you’ll be signing in over and over and the game may still play but your not getting and credit towards your x time’s requirement of play they won’t credit you for anything I may just dedicate one of my books just about this place or put them in chapter one I will send you a copy after it’s published

Well, according to the complaint, you were originally accused of playing a restricted game. Allow me to share here our point of view - I believe it may help other players to understand the issue:
"...we think that restricted games for bonus play should be blocked, and this rule enforced at software level, i.e., that the casino's software or website shouldn't let players place bets on the games that are not allowed to be played while completing the bonus wagering. That would be an ideal scenario. Another acceptable practice would be to at least alert the players when they access a restricted game that this game is not allowed to be played while they have an active bonus."
The most recent problem lies in chargebacks, right? The casino claims you've made several chargebacks, you say quite the opposite.
Let's see what happens next, I'd say. 🤔

Yes I was accused of playing a restricted game and you were in agreement with my view on the situation.
The casino realised the error was theirs and refunded the bonus money to the account and also fixed the software glitch to prevent restricted games being with bonus funds.
The next problem actually was with withdrawals and taking over 3 weeks to process it. Asking me for incorrect info and needlessly delaying the process, which then they say takes up to 12 working days to be received. This timescale is far longer than any other organisation quotes for this payment.
Yes they have raised chargeback issues. Now if someone’s made 10 payments would they only recall 6? I’d imagine not and likely be the full amount? No chargebacks have been raised from gossipslots. they tell me that $350 of the amount relates to BTC fees for which I’ve never used as a method so can’t incur fees on. Then told to open my blocked account I must pay them $800 and the ONLY method is crypto. if a customer did want to pay this to reopen an account and he didn’t use crypto then it wouldn’t be possible!!
im gutted a casino this bad that can’t process withdrawals, loses an outstanding withdrawl I’m awaiting, takes over 3 weeks to process a simple withdrawl payment, can’t give a reference for the withdrawl to track it, refuse to help, lie and don’t payout, block my account so I can’t play.

Since the casino claims one thing while you say quite the opposite, I feel it would be better to wait for the complaint to reach some progress first.

Quite an experience to to have absolutely. For what it’s worth to you I’ve screenshots of them telling me one thing then the complete opposite soon after. You could call it a mistake if it happened maybe once but when it’s over and over again, it’s just lies.

Kieran gossip cheats end of story what makes you think they had a glitch ?
