Hey, a little update on that. I sent the document from the passport to the notary and asked about its processing in the chat customer service. Suddenly the Vip Manager appeared in the chat and said he would speed things up. The next day, the document was accepted, but again I was asked for new documents - this time a salary certificate, which I provided immediately. It took about 4 days to process, because there was a weekend and Easter in between. I asked the VIP manager for help and finally got my account confirmed! My withdrawal request was rejected, and I almost got frustrated, but after finding the payment methods in about a day, I successfully made the first withdrawal to my account. Here too I asked the Vip Manager for help. Now I have received three successful withdrawals within two days and now there are three withdrawals waiting. I have not received the withdrawal within a few hours, as promised.

So I'd say that's good news don't you think ? Since you have other withdrawals pending, I will wish you to have them in your account as soon as possible, but I would be calmer since you have already received 3 of them. Maybe it's not in 1-2 days but I wouldn't mind a couple of days.

Anyway, what payment method did you eventually find to withdraw? 

Yes - good news! And now I got all my winnings out! I ended up using Bank Transfer, but my bank account showed it as MiFinity. Visa didn't work, even though I used it to make the money transfers to them.

That is really great, thank you for sharing. So how long did it take all together to get your money, actually?

It took about three weeks including the first verifying process (2 days) and then the additional one (1,5-2 weeks) plus the days I asked withdrawals. I guess the vip manager speed things up because I was told that they might check the notarized document one month!

So that's good news. I'm glad you managed to get everything out. Are you going to stay in the casino and give it another chance or did you get discouraged waiting so long ? 🤔
