At some point I was over 2500€

After the bonus was wagered, I was left with €500 in real money and the rest was deducted.

I brought these 500€ up to approximately 3485€ and requested a payout.

They wrote that some data is still needed for the payout because some of it is no longer valid after 6 months.

Then I sent everything and waited.

They then wrote that it was a case of manipulation and that's why my payout was rejected and the entire transaction was canceled.
