Are you saying you have never won a thing in this casino? I'm sorry for such a question, yet I'd say the probability of gaining winnings depends on your money pool, strategy, RTP, and volatility of the games you choose. What do you think - shall we discuss it further, perhaps?
After seeing its Safety Index 👈👈, I'd say leaving the casino might be a winning situation. I tend to be quite hesitant when it comes to smaller, unlicensed casinos with unfair rules.
They have been replying for 9 days that the documents are missing when they have been forwarded in abundance including the last one authenticated by the Government to recognize the identity, for the collection of the withdrawal. The Kyc Gomblingo operators despite this, continue to treat users badly and no one intervenes severely against this modus operandi of theirs!
Hi, I see that the problem seems to be verification. The casino doesn't accept any documents, what are they? You won't be able to withdraw money without going through this process successfully, so I would definitely look into that first. What specifically is the casino writing you off or telling you?
Can you please give me some hints so we can try to find out what is going on?
I have wagered the bonus and requested a withdrawal.
I received a written response saying that it was a case of manipulation and that's why my amount of €3,485 was canceled.
I have sent all photos and video recordings to the lawyer's family
He will report to gomblingo where gomblingo is licensed and file charges.
I just say one thing
The department responsible for payouts rarely gets in touch, so everything gets lost again.
Hands off this casino
Worst casino I've seen
What does it mean, though? What exactly have you manipulated in their eyes?
It is good that you have submitted a complaint on our sites. Soon it will be reviewed by our team, and you will be informed about what to do next.
Have you ever withdrawn from this casino before?
Yes often although they have very bad payout method
It is the following
I got a €200 bonus while I was playing.
At some point I was over 2500€
After the bonus was wagered, I was left with €500 in real money and the rest was deducted.
I brought these 500€ up to approximately 3485€ and requested a payout.
They wrote that some data is still needed for the payout because some of it is no longer valid after 6 months.
Then I sent everything and waited.
They then wrote that it was a case of manipulation and that's why my payout was rejected and the entire transaction was canceled.
This is what happened
Well, in this case it is good that you have submitted your complaint. Now we need to wait to see if the casino will communicate with our team, though.
Hey, so you didn't even get a chance to play, and as soon as you made a deposit, the money disappeared from your account, right? That's pretty upsetting, and I'd definitely try to get that sorted out.
So what did the casino say about the whole situation when you explained what happened to them?
The money never even reached my account. They asked for the bank statement with all the details, but told me to pass it on to the relevant team for review, haha. The second time I complained, they said it didn't show the time, but they'd look into it. But nothing, the 50 euros never even made it into my account. However, I did get an email from a young lady welcoming me back and offering me the moon and the stars if I deposited again. I'm from Andalusia and have a vivid imagination, so you can imagine what I said to her.
Well, I definitely wouldn't deposit anything there until everything is resolved. If the money left the account you deposited from but didn't reach the casino, that doesn't necessarily mean it's the casino's fault. I would definitely want them to continue investigating what happened. What payment method did you use? Everything went through fine on your end, right? If you sent them a bank statement, I’d give them some time to sort it out.
We’ll see where this goes.
I've been waiting for my payout for 15 days. Each time, support claims to forward the message to the relevant department and prioritize my payout.
But nothing happens.
After I fully verified my identity via email (I only received notification that I needed to verify my identity after requesting it (there is no submission button on the page)), I received an email confirming the complete verification.
Four days later, a VIP support representative contacted me with the message that he would like to release my payout, but that I should now quickly verify my profile.
When I pointed out that I've been verified for a long time, the only response was "oh, I have to check that, sorry, payment is being processed." That was 9 days ago now...
I've been waiting for my €800 ever since. This casino does everything wrong that an online casino can do regarding terms and conditions and support.
If you're looking for a bad UI design, poor support, terrible withdrawal conditions, and withdrawals that take 3-4 weeks (according to the terms: max. 5 days), then you've come to the right place!
Have fun at Goblingo!
In general, the conditions/terms are terrible.
Hi, I can see that you’re having trouble withdrawing your money, and that’s certainly not something any player wants to experience.
From what you’ve described, the main issue seems to be that the casino wants you to go through verification. You mentioned that you’ve already been verified for quite some time, so I assume you completed KYC in the past. Even so, the casino can still ask you to verify again or request additional documents if they consider it necessary. That in itself isn’t unusual.
However, if they require further verification, they should clearly explain how you’re supposed to complete it. If it can’t be done directly through the casino website, as you mentioned, they should tell you whether the documents need to be sent by email or through another channel. If they haven’t responded to you for several days, that certainly isn’t ideal and they should address the situation.
You also said that you’ve already been waiting more than two weeks for the withdrawal. That’s around the timeframe we generally give casinos to process a player’s withdrawal.
So, if you’d like, our complaint team can try to help you with the situation through our Complaint Resolution Center. You can submit a complaint there and provide all the relevant details.
Would you like to go ahead with that?
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
My full verification has been confirmed several times now, so I don't need to upload any further documents; it seems to simply be failing to initiate my payout, probably in the hope that I will cancel the payout and gamble it all away.
And the claim that a payout usually takes about 2 weeks is simply not true. Normally, including the verification process (which usually takes the longest, not the payout itself), it should take a maximum of 2 weeks, but in my experience, 3-7 days is more common.
This casino is simply bad. There are no buttons to start a verification process independently. No confirmation email with further information is sent upon withdrawal.
Employees who misinterpret stored verifications, make new inquiries, and then, after a few days of correspondence, admit to having searched the profile incorrectly.
This is all probably just another way to buy time and allow for a possible cancellation and gambling away of the entire balance.
It's frustrating to read in their terms and conditions that a payout takes a maximum of 5 days, and then you're left waiting for 15 days, even though you verified your account as quickly as possible and received multiple confirmations that no further documents are required.
Only the bonus offer was relatively good, also the only reason why I deposited there at all and what is positive about the casino.
The rest was terrible.
