I've been registered at this casino since 2024, only playing occasionally. The last time was in May. Yesterday I deposited again and won. I requested a withdrawal of €1,200. I then went to the live chat to ask if my account was verified or if I needed to send any more documents, because I couldn't remember which ones. First, I had to wait forever for someone to speak to me. They said I only had to send them with my next withdrawal, not for this withdrawal. Later, I received an email saying I should send the source of my funds after all. I wasn't sure what they meant by that, so I asked again. There was no response. I then went back to the live chat and waited another 20 minutes until someone spoke to me. So I asked what documents I was looking for. They told me to write an email. Well, you don't get much help in the live chat, and you don't get any responses by email. Naturally, I immediately had doubts and looked for reviews about this casino. I found some online and thought I'd probably never get that money into my account. Today I was able to see all the complaints here at Casino Guru and I'm curious to see what happens next. Since I didn't get a response, I simply sent all the documents I need for verification at other casinos. I hope I'm not the next one to have to file a complaint.
