Gg.bet unreasonable suspension of my account

After about an hour I wanted to bet again but my account was already blocked and the 60s on it were gone. 1. I didn't play over 2 accounts.

Frankly, most online casinos apply the multi-account rule in hand with the rule about players from the same household.

Please keep in mind that you are mostly allowed only one account per person AND you should consult with the casino whether your brother or a member of your household (meaning with the same address, the very same IP address) can play in the casino. 

It may sound rather silly these days, but the point is to avoid bonus abuse, the downside is, however, such rules may negatively affect regular players. Just imagine, that you create 5 accounts, and take 4 no deposit bonuses for the first 4 accounts created. At this point, you gain an advantage because you have 4 chances to win from no deposit bonus you are allowed to accept only once.

If you did not use any bonus in that first account, you did not gain any advantage. If you did not lose the deposit, it would be solid if the deposit was returned.
