Hello. I am a player on the GETX platform.
I asked to permanently block my account because I don't want to play anymore.
I confirmed that I do not claim the funds, do not ask for a withdrawal, and do not want bonuses.
In response, they demanded:
- Passport,
- Selfie with a passport,
– Photo of a bank card.
I contacted again via email - ignored.
The Telegram manager is stalling for time and offering to "talk like human beings"
but does nothing.
This violates the principles of responsible gaming. I demand that the account be closed and the data deleted.
So, do I understand that they have asked you to pass the verification first before they are able to close your account?
Is there any specific reason for your decision, though?
I am asking because we believe that if the reason is gambling issues, they should close the account immediately, for sure.
