My account was suspended, it kicked me off mid game and showed that my account was inactive.
I was applying for withdrawal and submitting my bank statement.
I can easily deposit so much money inside yet when I want to withdraw I am not able to?
The account was linked to my secondary email.

Gembet has confiscated my winnings of avout $3.1k quoting "unfair betting" after I completed the 30x turnover amount of $24k calculated by ($400 my own money + $400 bonus money)x30 turnover.
Instead of the $4.2k that i was supposed to be able to withdraw, i was only able to withdraw $990
Hi, did the casino leave you any money or did they confiscate all of it? When you played with the bonus, wasn't there a maximum cashout by any chance? That's pretty common so that's why I'm asking.

The casino did allow me to withdraw $981.84 out of $4159.70. Theres no maximum cashout as far as i know. The rest was confiscated. My guess is that gembet forbids certain types of betting strategies which is why my money got confiscated.
i only did live casino for roulette and baccarat, no sports betting.
So if there was no max cashout, the casino didn't explain it to you and just took your money, then it was a good step to file a complaint.
I hope that this will all be cleared up and we will know what happened and especially why. But we will have to wait for progress.
