My ID was verified. And i got the first small payout. But then when i won more they requested more documents.


They asked for one docment at a time with 24-48 hours in between. Proof of address, proof of wallet ownership and proof of income. After providing the last document i did not hear from them in 4 days and they did not answer my questions. I assumed that they had spent all this time verifying the documents but apparently its not verified yet.


Yesterday they sent a mail saying they had "received" and that it will take long time because of the amount of information (?). They said there is no estimated time.


So what have they been doing the last 8 days then? If it takes 8 days to "receive" these documents, god knows how long it would take for them to analyze it. It is clear to me that they have no intention of paying me. They will just draw out the process as long as they can and string me along. I hate that it is legal for them to do this.

You have to think about the fact that you are not alone in wanting to withdraw, you know.

Can you imagine all the players that play at this casino and requested the withdrawal?

Believe me, there are a lot of them. So, it is only understandable that they have to take some time to go through all the documents. And also, now it's the holiday season, so they may even be understaffed. 🤷‍♀️

I know that you just want to get your winnings, and everyone wants the same, for sure.

The good thing is that you filed your complaint here, and if it really takes too long, our team will intervene in your case. Hopefully, though, it won't be needed and you'll get paid soon. 🤞

Yes i hope that you are right. I don’t mind waiting if i will actually get my money but somehow it feels like the longer it takes, the less likely it is that i will get my money. But all i can didnit pray and wait.

However maybe it’s the opposite? Like if they could have found a reason not to pay me they would have told me already. Maybe the delay means that they cant find a valid reason

Hi there, if I may, both versions make a kind of sense and perhaps it is better not to torture yourself that much. Let's see what the csio comes up with, and then my colleagues will focus on a fair resolution. I'd say, do not stress yourself further just now.

And Michal will do his best to talk some sense into the casino. I'm a little concerned about its low Safety Index, but since there is nothing we can do about it right now, I'll just keep my fingers crossed!

Just out of curiosity, do you usually do some research about casinos you deposit at? If not, I would consider that a good habit you may try. Better not to risk more than the RTP dictates, I'd say. 🙂

Yes that is also my concern. No i didnt really know this could happen. I just read the ToS and sometimes Ask questions in support before i play. But now i know better. Also i saw other people have similar issues which concerns me. If they deny me my money without a legit reason i will be crushed and i would honestly be happy with a partial payout

Hello, casinos do not charge money for verification and completion. Most casinos ask for a minimum verification deposit, which is normal. 

However, when you mention this situation, did you experience it at this casino? Did the casino ask you for a deposit?

Yes that is also my concern. No i didnt really know this could happen. I just read the ToS and sometimes Ask questions in support before i play. But now i know better. Also i saw other people have similar issues which concerns me. If they deny me my money without a legit reason i will be crushed and i would honestly be happy with a partial payout

Let's see what the casino is capable of. I imagine it must be hard keeping this situation in mind and questioning the possible outcome. You know, even the most cautious players occasionally fall into some dangerous situations. I hate to say it, but sometimes the lessons are hard-earned. 🙁

Yes they asked for 100 to verify my account. I did it. Then it was 200 to unlock my wallet. Like a idiot I did that. Then and now it's 600 and I'm not getting my 300 back. Last night they contacted me again under a new name. It was superbonus SBS. Now it's crazywins or something like that. I'm an idiot.

Okay, but were you supposed to make these deposits to Gamegram Casino? We don't have this marked as a scam. The other one you mention is a scam, if I remember correctly, I replied to you about it yesterday. 

But what's important for me to know now is whether Gamegram Casino asked you for these deposits.
