I would ask why they use fake emails, but I don't think we will get anything relevant either, but at least we know that their email is not correct. I'm not sure what's going on, but I find it strange.

This casino has taken away all my money at the casino which is €6000 it made me cry and feel deeply sad and disappointed because it is not ok to be stolen in that way. I have not broken any of their rules. I have deposited €100 and when I was going to play I got a bonus of €200. They offer their new customers bonuses. When you win money they do not pay out and take away the money that is in their casino account. I have all the proof of my winnings. I would make a withdrawal of €1000 because their rules say that you can make a maximum of €1000 per day and €2000 per week. I really hope that I can get my money back from this casino. I cannot hire a lawyer because this casino is not in Sweden but in another country.

I don’t think you read the rules to the bonus in which you played. I recommend that any bonus I pick from here on out that you read the terms. Some bonus have a mac bet limit. Meaning a certain $ amount. And if you place a single bet .01 over that among. Then u voided the terms. They also restrict what games you can play. And typically that is no live dealer games at all can be played while using a bonus. Sadly it doesn’t sound like they stole anything. But you didn’t do your homework about the bonus you decided to take advantage of first.

So when you got the bonus, did you choose it yourself and did you have to confirm it somewhere or did the casino activate it for you and you didn't wish for anything?

If you play with a bonus, there are often Terms and Conditions attached to them, which means that if you have played restricted games, then you may have your money taken. Have you played live games often with a bonus? Have you looked at the Terms and Conditions for bonuses or not?
