Well, that's extremely suspicious. I don't think you'll get an answer from them, because they all closed your case at the same moment. 

I would ask why they use fake emails, but I don't think we will get anything relevant either, but at least we know that their email is not correct. I'm not sure what's going on, but I find it strange. 

Anyway, thank you for the information and screenshots, they will be definitely useful. 

Haha, I hope you didn't take it ! Apparently they are trying to lure players even though they are not very honest. It's nice that other players have a chance to see this information. I think it will probably discourage them to play here. Thanks to you for the addition.

Yes its probably a lost cause. But happy to help warn people not to play any casino of their brands. Even when they do sometimes pay out. The RTP will drop after your first withdraw.

I think the most important thing is always to learn, even though it is said that the best way to learn is from the mistakes of others. Sometimes it's from your own and so, as you said, you had your lesson. 

I hope you will not encounter a similar group again and you will have more positive comments.
