Frumzi Casino scammers

Hello Im trying to withdraw money from frumzi but my withdrawal always get canceled for no reason.

When I ask people on support they have everytime different answer which is suspicious sometimes they say it is problem on their side sometimes they say its unexpected error.

I tried everything more than 3 withdrawal method(include bank transfer) nothing works. They told me that they will do manual withdrawal and they will write me email. After 2 weeks no email nothing i type them every day but they dont react. 

Also they have option that you can do sport betting but that doesnt work for me i contacted them and they didnt react i wrote more than 5 emails but nothing no answer. This casino is joke they just everything they can to scam you crazy that i cannot withdraw my money ... They have license but i dont understand how ... Please help me

Frumzi is a complete scam. I tried to close my account there myself, they didn't close it. A couple of months later I sent a new message that I wanted to completely close my account, they didn't close it. Then I put 10 euros there, played and got 20 euros which I put in the withdrawal, so my account was immediately closed. I asked the customer service in the chat about it, and they said that now the site is being updated, we can't answer 🤣

I imagine there is not much space for other interpretations... Well, would you feel like complaining about this situation, using our complaint feature, perhaps? I sincerely believe something like this deserves a good explanation, which only the casino is able to provide - or fail trying.

I only briefly looked at Frumzi and similar casinos – a few minutes are enough to recognize the patterns: bonuses, payouts, IP anomalies, support responses, account suspensions.

And yet, Casino Guru rates these casinos as "high security".

If you just take a look at the public complaints, you immediately notice: something is wrong.

I have systematically documented everything, secured evidence, identified recurring patterns – and it's not just Frumzi.

A closer look reveals that "high security" here simply means "visually clean, until something goes wrong." 😎
