If this continues and you're still unable to access the casino and no one gets back to you, then I'll file a complaint with them since you have money there.
Maybe they were just doing some maintenance, which is pretty common. If it was only going to take a short time, like a day, the casino didn't let anyone know. But I think it's always a good idea to let people know when something like that is going to happen.
But that's just my opinion; it might not have been the case.
