Can I just ask if anyone has ever had any luck with being paid from this casino? Still waiting for my money over 6 weeks after I made the withdrawal. Casino guru asked me to lodge a complaint with Ajoun gaming and it looks like they’re just as useless because I’ve heard nothing from them either.

Never heard this weird rule until yesterday from the casino itself.


They had a deposit limit tool as part of their responsible gaming policy which you would say is good. However, their terms are that if the player wants a new deposit limit the current deposit limit will be cancelled right away and the player gets a 24 hour cool off period before the new limit becomes active. In the past ten years of playing I never heard such rules which I did not find on their T&C when I signed up. Casinos either did not offer such protection layer or did offer it where the cool off period was a real cool off period meaning that for 24 hours or some days the current limit remain active until the cool off period has passed to get the new higher limit.

But the casino removed this tool due to misunderstanding from the players, probably because they found out that is not the way how a cool off works..
