I would like to publicly discuss the deception of this casino.
I won a small amount - 300,000 rubles. After many deposits.
The casino requested verification.

I checked with the casino for information on whether I can receive my winnings immediately. And according to the limits of the casino, they confirmed to me that my money will come to me in the near future.
In the morning, out of 300,000 rubles, I received 50,000.
I contacted support.
But they refused to pay me, citing the fact that the financial department, despite the rules, arbitrarily set a daily limit for me. And every day they will send me a little, as much as they see fit. I asked for a payment plan and was denied.
I think that the casino does not deserve a high rating on the project.
This fact is a fact of fraud against the players.
As a result, I canceled part of the payments and blocked the account for 5 years. I have screenshots.

Я уточнил в казино информацию, могу ли я получить свой выигрыш сразу. И согласно лимитов казино мне подтвердили что в ближайшее время мне придут мои деньги.
Под утро из 300 000 рублей мне пришло 50 000.
Я обратился в поддержку.
Но мне в выплате отказале, сославшись на то что финансовый отдел невзирая на правила самовольно установил мне дневной лимит. И каждый день мне будут высылать понемногу , столько сколько сами посчитают нужным. Я попросил график выплат и мне отказали.
Считаю что казино не заслуживает высокий рейтинг на проекте.
Этот факт является фактом мошенничества в отношение игроков.
В итоге я отменил часть выплат и заблокировал аккаунт на 5 лет. Скриншоты у меня имеются.
