I'm going to have to agree with casinodude on this one. I too have noticed an increasingly obvious lousy return on deposits. I finally won a small amount 400$ CAD and once I did they seemingly found a way to make it impossible to withdraw. As a matter of fact I can't ever recall withdrawing from this casino so I was pretty happy I did only to have customer support, (if that's what you care to title them as) made me feel unimportant and even repeatedly addressed me as Pamela even after correcting them several times. I understand mistakes can be made but several times it seems a little bit much. I'm still sitting here 50 days into it and my account is suspended and I'm locked out with no real assistance or explanation for that matter. I've made several attempts to try speak to a live agent I got as far as to have a supposed supervisor email me back with no real resolution at all just a dead end so I'm forced now to hit the online forums and maybe contact some legal representation here because I'm at my wit's end and it's only a small amount but it's a simple fact that that small amount is somebody else's big amount. According to principal even one dollar is too much for this simple lack of tact from these agents running the customer support. Do better FanDuel this is a big turn off when looking where to play. Sure is easy to deposit though right.? Seems really Wonky. Beware.
