Fake-Reviews bei Casinos von Casbit Group N.V. (Justbit, 0xBet, Lala,.…)!

Everyone knows that almost every company (unfortunately) "buys" positive reviews (especially on Trustpilot), but as noticeable as the owner of the casinos JUSTBIT, BOOMERANG.BET, 0XBET, LALA.BET, BETSPINO etc. does, is almost unbelievable and at the same time incredibly bold!!!

But why buy when you can simply - as is probably the case in this case - create a Trustpilot user account yourself and then simply rate yourself...

This is definitely a scam as it makes consumers believe something that is not true!

But not an accusation, without evidence:

https://www.trustpilot.com/users/65d5b4cf3f790b001202b0ff

On the SAME day, this alleged customer/user rated three of the above-mentioned casinos and a week later again three ratings about the other Casbit Group NV casinos, one of which rated the same casino again (i.e. rated the same casino twice within a week)!

"Funnily enough" the answer from the casinos looks very very very similar...

Actually, this is a scandal and I am very happy that Casino Guru is paying very close attention to this issue and trying to stop any fake reviews!

Thanks for that!!!

Since I trust the owner of all of these casinos to do everything (including that he will have this user and his reviews deleted as soon as possible), here are the relevant screenshots to be on the safe side so that everything is understandable:

Thank you for this post and your kind words, as well. We always try to review and have a deeper look at all the user reviews we get on our site. Our team tries to do the best we can to get to publish only the "real" ones, either way they are positive or negative, and reveal all the "fake" ones. This way we aim to prevent any misleading information to be seen, and keep everything transparent and clear.

I hope your post will help players to understand the issue better.

Hello Romi,

Thank you too for the feedback!

At first, claims from forums sometimes just sound like unrealistic promises, but since I've been following this topic for a long time, I can more than confirm that Casino Guru does everything it can to only allow honest reviews based on real experiences!

This is more than impressive and I can only thank you again and again, as many online casinos are unfortunately very hypocritical and, as you can see from this example, absolutely not correct (as already mentioned, this is definitely deliberate fraud )!

So you have to ask yourself what is going wrong with these companies if you even need to improve your reputation through fake reviews...

The security index of the various Casino Guru casinos is ultimately your business, but when I see that some of the casinos affected here have security indexes of around 9/10 (including 9.1, 8.9, 8.7), then you should perhaps do this because of these fake Rethink the topic, because if I am interested in a casino and see an index of 9, then I trust that everything is really great!

As I said - it's your business, but such problems should certainly have an impact on such an index!

I can and only want to speak for myself, but I would never play at a casino if I knew that such an approach was necessary...

Here are the two missing screenshots, since you can only upload 5 images per post 😉:

Thank you for your kind words, again. The users reviews are not included in the safety index of a casino, actually. We take into consideration many aspects, and only after all the reviewing of each casino, our data team does, we can display the number, safety index, on our site. If you are interested, We have here some beautiful guides, which will explain to you how exactly this process of reviewing work. Just click/tap on this link 👈, to find out more.😉 There are many useful guides, as well, just check them out, please. And of course feel free to ask any questions regarding these topics.

Hello,

According to the screenshot, there is no valid GC license. And as you probably know, any UK player should only play in casinos under the UKGC license. That's the safest option.

So, I'm not pretty sure what you mean when you say "legit".

Licensed? Probably not.

Is it wise to play? It depends on other criteria, I'd say. Care to share the casino's name, please? 🤔

Or try to find it using the Casino Guru search bar, each listed casino has its own precisely calculated safety index. This is where I would start.

Hello. As Radka mentioned before, you can check it in our Casino Guru search bar, where you can find all relevant information about each listed casino, and you will see whether a casino is accepting players from your country.

May I ask, what is the reason you would like to get your deposit back, did you have some kind of issue, perhaps? Let us know, please, if you need our help.
