I contacted support and they told me that I was blocked due to some kind of abuse, and they would not return my money to me, in fact, they simply stole other people’s funds!

Hi, the casino didn't give you any more specific explanation, did they ? In such cases I would like to know what happened because it's quite general and it's hard to know what the real problem was.
