I contacted support and they told me that I was blocked due to some kind of abuse, and they would not return my money to me, in fact, they simply stole other people’s funds!

I guess it is worth a complaint because it means the casino rep will be notified about the new case. I would also consider trying the Telegram option or social media channels for further communication. Occasionally it helps....
