Hi all

am new to this forum and I share the same concerns as you all. I stupidly joined Extreme Spins casino on the 8th April 2026 , then deposit £200 and lucky I won £3,500 on a lightning roulette, I requested the withdrawal immediately and since then I’ve been waiting . I have live chat with them ,but unfortunately they are useless they keep saying to wait and wait. I have also sent multiple emails and no response . I am never lucky at this things and the day I won’t a lot, this F casino is a Scam.file

Unfortunately, it really is. Their safety index is almost zero, you know.

May I ask if they even communicate with you or not at all?

I am really unsure if you'll ever see those winnings, to tell you the truth.

Hi Romi,

unfortunately I did send multiple emails but I have never received a response. The live chat team keeps advising to wait due to high volume. To be frank I already lost trust and faith. Guess what as well? In total I made 3 deposits to them £100, £200 and another £200 on the 8th of April and 11 of April.

Checking my bank statements all 3 payments are under different company names.

the first transaction on my statement shows as

dogFío

the second transaction shows as GOLD UK.

I use Santander bank, and my mobile banking app allows me to see the geolocation of the transaction and it shows London UK. How odds is that? This casino is based in Curacao

so many red flags but I already raised as a scam with my bank, am only hoping I can get my deposits back .

I hope you will, as well.

Let us surely know if you have any luck, please.

And avoid playing at such sites as much as possible.

For the past few months, I've been receiving advertising in my email from Extreme Spins, Hello Fortune, Maximalbet, Need4Spins, Pandazino, Cashbox Casino, Jokers Ace, Savanna Wins, Aladins Gold...

I made deposits in all of them because of their attractive bonuses and free spins. They all operate the same way. They all tell you that it can take between 7 and 21 days to complete the withdrawal. You only get responses from an AI bot that gives the same copied and pasted answers.

I currently have a pending withdrawal of €500 from Extreme Spins, which I made on May 9th . I have a screenshot confirming my withdrawal, verifying my account, and screenshots of the chat conversations.

Has anyone ever received their money back? What can I do if I don't get it back?

How about you share this situation as a complaint through the complaint feature? Because to me, it sounds like you reached the point when nothing can actually be done and the winnings are still dwelling in the casino account. The complaint feature aims to find a solution just for that.

If you like the idea, please read more details here 👈👈

In my opinion, it's worth it.

Did you manage to receive your withdrawal from need4spins?

No. In that case, I canceled my withdrawal a few days after requesting it, bet the money again, and ended up losing it. I think all those casinos I mentioned operate the same way. I don't know how we could prove it, but I'm convinced that behind it all there's a network of scammers who take advantage of people like us and then disappear. How is it possible that no one has taken action, considering the number of victims worldwide?

Hi, same problem with Maximalbet Casino; I won €669.53 and requested a withdrawal via bank transfer.

After over a month of them constantly telling me it was time to check and wait, believing the issue was with the method, I canceled the withdrawal and made the minimum €100 via crypto to speed up the process; I've still been waiting for 10 days.

I also filed a complaint on this site.

Hi, in that case, you did the right thing because that’s exactly what I would have recommended. The casino shouldn’t be dragging its feet like this, and I’m curious to see how it turns out. Did you play with bonuses, too?

Hi, yes I received a bonus with the 1st deposit that I redeemed.

Let's hope so; I'm also curious to see how it ends.

Can you tell me which payment method you chose for your casino deposit? I'm asking because it's usually recommended to withdraw using the same method you used to deposit.

I would also recommend not canceling the withdrawal, because that will only prolong the entire process.

Yes, indeed; I used the Revolut card and the same for withdrawals, but after more than a month, nothing arrived.

When I cancelled it I remade it with Tron on Exodus.

I canceled it because I read about doing it with cryptocurrency or e-wallets to speed things up; since they don't have Mifinity withdrawals, I opted for Tron with Exodus, having read up on various forums like this one because I don't understand anything about it.

To be honest, I've never even heard of that payment method before. So we'll see how it turns out. But if you've been waiting for a month already, I probably wouldn't wait any longer and would file a complaint.

I filed a complaint here; we hope that, after contacting Casinoguru, they'll give the company a shakedown to avoid bad publicity globally, not only for Maximalbet, but for all similarly managed casino clones.

Hey, I get what you aim to achieve. But it's not that easy when it comes to unregulated and tricky casinos. No regulator means no regulations; that's why they can do literally anything... this particular one even fakes one of the Curacao licenses, it seems. We, on the other hand, keep collecting unresolved complaints. 🙁

But it's truly cool to see you care.

I understand what you mean, but what's hard to grasp is how dozens, even hundreds, of people from all over the world have deposited large sums of money in these kinds of casinos and no one has been able to withdraw any of it. What's truly baffling is that, if these cases have been going on for so long, there isn't a police force or international security agency investigating these scams/thefts—call them what you will.

I tried to claim a refund for the deposits I made to these FAKE casinos through my bank's Claims Department. They told me that MasterCard isn't responsible for private disputes between casinos and players, and that even though the casino didn't give me my withdrawal money, they did fulfill their obligation by letting me play.

The result: 875 euros lost on my part through bank deposits.

I don't have any illusions that I'll be able to get what I've won right away, but with publicity like this, how long do you have to live?

I've only recently started playing at online casinos and don't have a lot of experience, but with some unregulated ones I could mention, and positively, I've received my winnings via bank transfer in less than a week.

With this, after more than a month and reading around that there could be problems with Italian banks receiving bank transfers from casinos like this, I canceled and redid much less with crypto, but now after more than a week of them not even arriving, I think they're playing dirty.

Just to keep the conversation clear enough, I wasn't responding to you. However, when it comes to casinos presenting fake licenses to players, this behaviour demonstrates their willingness to play fairly rather well, I reckon.

I'm sorry the chargebacks didn't go well.

I can imagine why Mastercard told you this. Because payment providers are really not related to unpaid winnings. They can be related to the deposits or withdrawals already paid, but not to money voided or unwithdrawn. I understand the nature of what you say, but there are at least two perspectives—fairness and the payment system. Each stands separately. 🙁

I wish we could do something about that. Maybe the best approach is to stay away from casinos without your local regulation.
