am new to this forum and I share the same concerns as you all. I stupidly joined Extreme Spins casino on the 8th April 2026 , then deposit £200 and lucky I won £3,500 on a lightning roulette, I requested the withdrawal immediately and since then I’ve been waiting . I have live chat with them ,but unfortunately they are useless they keep saying to wait and wait. I have also sent multiple emails and no response . I am never lucky at this things and the day I won’t a lot, this F casino is a Scam.

Unfortunately, it really is. Their safety index is almost zero, you know.

May I ask if they even communicate with you or not at all?

unfortunately I did send multiple emails but I have never received a response. The live chat team keeps advising to wait due to high volume. To be frank I already lost trust and faith. Guess what as well? In total I made 3 deposits to them £100, £200 and another £200 on the 8th of April and 11 of April.

Checking my bank statements all 3 payments are under different company names.

the first transaction on my statement shows as

dogFío

the second transaction shows as GOLD UK.

I use Santander bank, and my mobile banking app allows me to see the geolocation of the transaction and it shows London UK. How odds is that? This casino is based in Curacao

so many red flags but I already raised as a scam with my bank, am only hoping I can get my deposits back .

I made deposits in all of them because of their attractive bonuses and free spins. They all operate the same way. They all tell you that it can take between 7 and 21 days to complete the withdrawal. You only get responses from an AI bot that gives the same copied and pasted answers.

I currently have a pending withdrawal of €500 from Extreme Spins, which I made on May 9th . I have a screenshot confirming my withdrawal, verifying my account, and screenshots of the chat conversations.

Has anyone ever received their money back? What can I do if I don't get it back?

How about you share this situation as a complaint through the complaint feature? Because to me, it sounds like you reached the point when nothing can actually be done and the winnings are still dwelling in the casino account. The complaint feature aims to find a solution just for that.

Did you manage to receive your withdrawal from need4spins?

No. In that case, I canceled my withdrawal a few days after requesting it, bet the money again, and ended up losing it. I think all those casinos I mentioned operate the same way. I don't know how we could prove it, but I'm convinced that behind it all there's a network of scammers who take advantage of people like us and then disappear. How is it possible that no one has taken action, considering the number of victims worldwide?
