I made a couple of deposits on this site and each time I tried to collect the deposit bonus and each time I never received it,

I tried to talk to support and got connected to Sophie and when I politely said that I was having problems receiving my bonus her reply was that I should deposit again to receive a bonus and when I asked why I never received the first and second deposit bonus, I never received a reply but I was kicked out of the site and I’m now unable to log into the chat or open any of the games, fortunately I only deposited £30 and £40 respectively as I always only deposit small amounts when I start using a new casino just to make sure if they are legitimate or not,

I was hoping someone would share there experience with this casino

As for your problem with the bonus, it would be best if you got a normal answer from them but I see that didn't happen. It's a pity because the casino unfortunately has the option not to give the bonus to the player and therefore to exclude him. But I think they should communicate with the player.

I think that’s the frustrating aspect that they don’t answer but they find it easier to just block my account, depositing is no problem at all but unfortunately I never had the opportunity to try a withdrawal,

So maybe on the one hand it's good, because if the casino can't communicate normally and you have problems there, then I would expect a similar scenario even if you were withdrawing money. The best thing to do is to leave the casino and find a better one, where you will be attended to and you won't have similar difficulties.
