Experiences Non-Sticky Bonus

I would like to hear your opinions on my problem.

I don't want to file a complaint right away, as I've already contacted the casino myself.

I had made a new registration and used a first deposit bonus that was non-sticky.

With my real money, which is gambled away first, I had a few wins, so I decided to cancel the bonus and have the money paid out.

Now the casino claims that all winnings with an active bonus will be forfeited even though I haven't used it yet.

I've been playing in online casinos for years and there have never been any problems.
