I have had a legally binding German court judgment against Mr Gr for about a year now, and they still haven't paid. They even got a default judgment first and only then filed a defense.

Apparently there has already been a verdict in the proceedings in Malta regarding the executions. That means waiting and waiting...
What is written in there is such nonsense, no wonder the website that wrote it is called a "Poker Company".
Every country has the right to protect its own population; the ECJ has made this clear.
They take Germany as an example and the judgments are not paid there either.
So keep your chin up, the EU will agree with us.
Of course, that is the judgment that the lawyer in g&l spoke about and that will now be decided by the ecj.
The next important decision for us will most likely take place in 2039.
priest, unbelievable
Ur Zach the whole thing and so disabled now. I'm slowly pissed after more than 4 years
Oh yeah, with the verdict and the postponement of the hearing dates because of Corona, I'm already at 5 haha
but 6 years is also crazy when you consider that nothing has happened since then and we have already been waiting for years and then have to wait years more if it even works out for us
Normally, one should be able to hold one's own lawyers accountable! Because they clearly made completely false promises and spread false hope!
It is clear that the advertising slogan and everything that could be read on the well-known law firm websites was written in such a way that everyone could assume that the whole thing was a clearly victorious matter that would be implemented quite quickly (in my case a period of between 6 and 10 months was mentioned!
I've been here for 3 years now and nothing happens...
In my case they said a maximum of 18 months and then they simply didn't respond for three years.
Yes, but how do you want to do that? You signed the stupid contract and there is no deadline on the contract?
At least a judgment was made in the first instance.
Even if it had been decided in our favor, the OC would have appealed.
And the other way around, we appeal.
Karim Weber from G&L announced all of this exactly.
So nothing to worry about
If the ECJ overturns the rulings, then our rulings will also be judged in the opposite way and the OCs will demand the return of all the legal fees and payments made. It would be a shame if the PKFs were insolvent then or already (to be on the safe side), because then we would have to bear the entire costs ourselves!
So be warned, there is no such thing as a risk-free lawsuit. The PKFs are not mentioned in the judgments because you are all plaintiffs yourselves!
If a judgment is no longer changed (because it is not contested by either party) or can no longer be changed (because it can no longer be contested), the judgment is "final". A final judgment must be enforced (implemented).
Formal legal force means that a judgment (decision) can no longer be contested by ordinary legal remedies!!!!
Unless the ECJ overturns it and there are demands for repayment, which is to be expected. No one is likely to be insured and the PKF insolvencies are fine. That's what my lawyer told me 👍 so that could backfire massively...
