It's the same for me. I've had two judgments since 2021 but no executions initiated. Both judgments are under 10,000€.
However, I would not think it was OK if the Exes now went through, say the 200-400 Exes, and the other "small" ones then only had to make more comparisons because the PFs were getting involved in such a general comparison and we would only get 50% and the PF-% off that. You know what I mean... I would think that was totally crap.
What's also shitty is that nobody knows what else is being deducted during the executions, because that probably costs extra money there too.
Furthermore, from what I've seen, the comparisons were not at 50% but much higher.
But I still think that those who have had judgments for years will get the sum plus interest anyway.

My contract states that my cost risk is 0% and that all costs that have to be incurred are covered until I can access the amount (i.e. it is in my account). Only the % that was agreed for the PF will be deducted.
Even if the case had been decided against me, I would not have to pay anything.
