But I don't understand it!! They have a valid German license and bank accounts in Germany; why aren't these seized? And why does GGL allow these "gentlemen" to continue operating in Germany if they ignore court rulings? I myself have an enforceable judgment against Bayton and they don't pay either 😔

They don't say what they do with it... Quote: "We do not provide any information on ongoing administrative procedures"

My lawyer has just offered me a settlement offer from Pokerstars. 25%. In my opinion, it would be absolutely stupid to accept this and it just confirms to me that it will be worth waiting because Pokerstars itself can see that the ice is getting thin and they want to save money.

What is your opinion?
