this casino sent me an email that my account has been inactive for 12 months and they are starting to charge a fee. I tried to log in to the casino but it says I have a cooldown. I went to the customer service chat but they were not willing to clarify the matter. I put these pictures on it and after 5 minutes it said to send an email to maintenance. I feel that I have completely closed my account there and permanently. demanding a payment like that just means that the casino has a bad economy... and I can't even log into that casino.

Hello there,

first, we know about this and warn players:

What sounds totally wrong is that the chat or support is unable to help. What else are they expecting you to do?

Do I assume correctly that you left some active balance on your account? You should always avoid that to minimize the chances the casino will take fees.

I don't think there is any balance left in the game account. I've always gambled away the money and then also closed the account if I'm not going to play at the casino anymore. I don't leave accounts open.

Hello.

It's a good habit to leave accounts "empty" upon closing. That's for sure.

In this particular case, I'm probably missing the casino's point.

The account has closed - shouldn't be considered inactive anymore. Is the player whose account has been closed earlier supposed to log in once per year to avoid fees?

Am I missing something? What do you make of that?

At least they didn't block your account when you went to cash out. I had winnings but they said they can't do bank card withdrawals and I had to make another deposit via an e-wallet and wager it 3x. When I said no, they shut my account. I have lost all my winnings.

This company acts like Dama NV casinos. It's a scam.

I'm looking at your complaint and it seems like you self-excluded in other casinos from the same group so they closed the account due to that reason. Anyway, if they wanted to do this, then they shouldn't accept your deposits or refund them all in that case. Let's wait for how it develops.

I transferred € 42,50 (with 79% bonus)to EUslot 13 days ago,and it was also debited on my site...

In my Euslot account it says :Rejected with the deposit

But it has not been refunded to my bank,or put on my play account...

I've been asking where that money is for 13 days now..and every time the same story: please be patiënt , or is in processing..

In short: They take your money, and dont take you seriously!

This a scammers !!

I fear the deposit is lost somewhere in the middle, and now the casino is waiting for its 3rd party payment provider to resolve the case.

Sadly, this is the most common reason for such a delay in cases of lost or misplaced deposits.

Hopefully, the solution comes soon.

Otherwise, I would suggest creating a complaint. Browse this section to decide whether you're up to one.

What do you think? Is it worth considering for you?
