Error in my date of birth

Hello, I created an account at an online casino and when I created it, unfortunately I entered my date of birth wrong and now I want to withdraw my money and the page does not let me withdraw without verifying my ID. I spoke to customer service and their response is always the same. I don't know what to do. They won't let me withdraw my money.
