Hello,
could you please explain to me why you highed their rating, when in fact the casino is horrible and all their group of casinos use fraudulent practises to not pay out players. As you noticed, all of us complained and having our winnings confiscated for no reason, and the casino is not even responding during the complaints. And with all the warnings their casinos had, they should be all below 2.

I get your feeling, but it does not mean the casino is any better. Your complaint remains unresolved and that's not fair.
