I think I get what you are saying. Many times in the past, delays and insufficient information surrounding processes have somewhat spoiled the positive feelings that come from gaining valuable winnings. That's basically the core of most of the threads on this forum. On the other hand, based on the complaints resolved, the casino is capable of paying and has been acting within its rules. I've been a member of Dudespin.de for several months now.

The site has been blocked or unavailable since yesterday evening. However, I had deposited €20 beforehand. I would appreciate any help or advice on what I can do. Attached is what the site displays when I try to access the casino.

Hey, I would send an email to the casino, as I suspect the issue is not on their end. It could be local gambling content restrictions; usually bigger international internet providers aim to block such content in regulated countries. Germany is one of the most regulated regions when it comes to gambling and this casino is not under the GGL, as far as I can see. The casino might not know this occurred. I'm not saying this is the exact explanation, yet I saw that in the past.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from it. I won €30,000 in December, just before Christmas, with a €50 deposit. The processing took so incredibly long that I eventually couldn't stand it anymore and gambled the money away. Only €1,500 of the three withdrawals that were being processed were paid out after 45 days – immediately after I lost the entire amount. That €30,000 was a life-changing sum. I still feel sad when I think about it!
