Great! My withdrawal hasn't been processed for 25 days, and today all my withdrawals were canceled. Supposedly because of my bank… which is complete nonsense! My bank didn't reject these payments! Since I can only withdraw €500 per day, it takes me three days just to request each withdrawal.
From the day I requested all the payouts, I would probably have to wait another 25 days until they are either processed or cancelled again.
I've already posted a complaint here and I'm waiting for a response every day! My complaint isn't being processed either... my answers in the complaint have been under review for days and no one has contacted me!!!
Hello, I understand that it's frustrating, but complaints, at least the initial part, take approximately a week. So, I suggest you remain patient. In my opinion, it's best to know that right from the start. It's not like your complaint has not been processed either; it means the standard process in a situation where more than 12000 complaints are currently ongoing. I suggest you keep an eye on the timer; there you can see how much time is left. I'm not saying this to shock you, but to let you know that this is normal. Too many people seek free support, and we aim to provide it.
