Is this casino now closed to all or just to my region (Ireland)?

Hello, I couldn't open the casino either. I have given it to our data team to investigate. 

When did you find out it was like this? Do you have any money in there?

I only found out a few days ago. I attempted to deposit 500EUR some months back, but it never reached the casino account. They were investigating the matter but it's probably a write-off if they have closed for good.

We will try to find out if the casino will be closed or not and we will see. The deposit situation is also unpleasant. How come they were still investigating it until today, or how was it?

I don't know how long they were investigating it for - many months it seems without resolution.

Well, it doesn't seem normal to me, but after such a long time I don't know if something can be solved. 🙁
