I opened an account at this casino, my account is verified, and I was able to make my first withdrawal without any problems; the money was in my account the next day. Yes, I already filed a complaint. I contacted support via email and they said they would look into my case. I also messaged DoradoBet privately on Instagram and they told me they deactivated my account for review and verification, but it was already verified and I just wanted to withdraw the money I had already deposited and that I hadn't received. I had already deposited the first time and had no problems, but now they won't even let me log in and they're holding my money hostage.

Yes, I understand that if the casino is looking into it and has temporarily blocked your account for now, that sometimes happens while the investigation is ongoing. So we'll see how it goes, and most importantly, our team is also available to help if needed.

My account was unlocked, and when I logged in, surprise! The withdrawal was rejected, and my account balance was zero. I contacted them via customer service chat, and they told me there were inconsistencies in some of the deposits I made. I sent all the transaction receipts issued by my bank, and they still told me that, due to casino policy, they wouldn't refund my money. I was robbed, even though I provided proof of all the transactions I made.

Be sure to mention this in your complaint so we can look into it. I don't think the casino should take your money without any concrete evidence, especially if you can prove what you're saying. 

Yes, they don't give me concrete proof, they only say that there were inconsistencies in the payments I made, and I proved with transaction receipts that everything was done correctly, and so far my balance remains at zero.
