I’m not sure it will work that way. If the 50 free spins were simply a registration bonus and you hadn’t claimed an offer for 250, then telling support you were supposed to receive 250 would be misleading.
If you win something and complete any wagering requirements, the casino could discover this when you request a withdrawal. That could create unnecessary problems and potentially cost you your winnings. I wouldn’t mislead the casino or its support team.
Of course, registration bonuses and other promotions can come with specific conditions. I’ve seen offers for 250 free spins where players received the first 50 on one day, another 50 the following day, and so on.
I’ve also seen a bonus offering 100 free spins where the player initially received only 50 after registering. The remaining 50 were added once they used the first spin. In other cases, the free spins had to be added manually in batches, so the process can vary.
Still, the point remains the same: if you weren’t entitled to those free spins or hadn’t claimed the relevant bonus, I wouldn’t tell the casino otherwise.🙂
Personally, I wouldn’t encourage people to do something like this. I think it’s likely to cause problems sooner or later, and that’s something no player wants.
Both you and the people you’re offering this to should be careful. If you share anything else in the future, please make sure it’s legitimate and doesn’t involve anything like this. We don’t want to mislead players or recommend anything that could get them into trouble.
