I played a few days at this casino and made several withdrawals without any problems. At one point, to make another withdrawal, I was asked to verify my identity, for which I sent my national ID, passed the website's facial recognition, sent an invoice for proof of residence and bank certificate.
Since the account was verified I was able to continue making withdrawals without any problem.
I am addicted to gambling and I felt like I was losing control and I requested the closure of the account and the withdrawal of my balance (671 euros) and here the problem begins. The casino asks me for a bank statement that reflects my name, my IBAN and my address.
In my bank there is no such certificate, only the name, IBAN and swift code appear.
It seems ridiculous to me that, having verified my account and separately demonstrated everything they are asking me for, they are now demanding that document from me.
